Brian Power is recognized as one of the leading Re Recording Mixers in Canada, boasting six Canadian Screen Award nominations and two consecutive wins for 'Best Sound Design' at the Atlantic Film Festival. In 2010, Brian co-engineered the Opening, Closing, and Victory Ceremonies of the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, reaching a worldwide audience of four billion viewers. He has provided audio post production services to every major network and studio in North America, including NBC, CBS, ABC, Nat Geo, Discovery, PBS, CBC, CTV, and numerous specialty channels. Additionally, Brian supported the Oscar-winning sound team for 'Inception'. In 2011, he established 'The Hideout Studios', a Halifax recording studio featuring top-tier post-production facilities designed to deliver the highest quality for his clients. In 2015, Brian was honored with the Screen Nova Scotia Film Crew Excellence Award.
